SmileCare Membership Plans are dental membership plans and are not private health insurance. Membership plans are available only after completion of an initial check-up and clean at Reneu Smiles, subject to clinical suitability and payment setup.
Membership inclusions are not redeemable for cash, credit, or alternative treatment. Unused inclusions do not roll over unless specifically agreed in writing. Member savings apply to selected additional treatments only and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, third-party arrangements, or payment plan discounts unless agreed by Reneu Smiles.
For SmileCare Plus, the Oral-B iO Series 5 electric toothbrush, or equivalent/higher model, is subject to availability. Toothbrush model and colour may vary. The toothbrush and brush heads are not redeemable for cash, credit, or alternative treatment. Two replacement brush heads are provided only at included hygiene appointments.
