A little about Nav
Nav is the Dental Hygienist and Founder of Reneu Smiles. She founded the practice with a clear purpose: to create a dental experience where prevention comes first, patients feel genuinely cared for, and education is at the heart of every appointment.
After years of working in dentistry, Nav saw how many patients felt anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure about their oral health. She wanted to build a practice where patients are not only treated, but also listened to, guided, and empowered to take control of their long-term oral health. Reneu Smiles was created from this belief, that confident, healthy smiles begin with understanding, prevention, and personalised care.
Nav's approach is centred on her Prevention First philosophy. She is passionate about helping patients understand the causes of dental problems before they become serious, and she takes the time to explain practical steps patients can take at home to protect their teeth and gums. Through patient education, gentle care, and early intervention, Nav aims to help every patient feel more confident and in control of their oral health.
Nav graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science in India and began her career as a General Dentist before migrating to New Zealand in 2004. She later moved to Melbourne in 2010 and completed her Advanced Diploma in Oral Health Hygiene in Adelaide in 2011, qualifying as a Dental Hygienist. Since then, she has been registered with the Australian Dental Board as a Dental Hygienist.
Known for her calm, caring, and reassuring manner, Nav is especially valued by anxious patients. Her gentle approach helps create a safe and welcoming environment, while her experience in Zoom teeth whitening supports patients who want to enhance their smiles with confidence.
